Description of Responsibilities
President Scope of Supervision None 1. Organizing sales and marketing activities of the company. 2. Cooperates with other management staff in defining long range strategic, and operational plans. 3. Attends sales meetings, establishes goals for sales activities. 4. Ensures that duties are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Participates in surveys conducted by authorized agencies. 6. Participate in continuing education programs. 7. Participate in QI Plan as appropriate. 8. Other duties as assigned. 1. Experience calling on doctors a must.
2. Ability to organize, plan and delegate. 3. High school education required. Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred. 4. 2 years experience in HME or home health industry preferred. 5. Knowledge of third party payer policies. 6. Computer experience. 7. HME sales and marketing experience preferred. Physical Demands for the job
1) The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear. 2) The employee is required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment. 3) The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
